The Women's Center for SoulCARE
The Women's Center for SoulCARE helps women awaken to the life of their soul, deepen their relationship with God, and live whole — from the inside out.
SoulCARE is the practice of tending to the inner life with God so that a woman can live, lead, love, and work from a place of greater wholeness. At the Women's Center for SoulCARE, in Carlsbad, California, we create a safe space for women to do exactly that.
Janie Seltzer founded the Women's Center from a vision God placed on her heart years ago. Today, we steward that vision together, each bringing distinct gifts to the work. My role is to build the structure that allows it to stand, grow, and serve women both in person and virtually. Neither of us could do what we are doing alone — and none of it is really about us. It's about creating a place where women can tend to the life of their soul with God.
This is the heart of everything we're building. Not a program, and not a personality — a movement, for the women who've been waiting for a place like it. As Co-Director, I build the structure that lets it hold: the rhythms, the systems, the steady architecture beneath the vision — so it can carry weight without any woman losing herself in the building of it.
I believe structure can serve the soul, not suffocate it. That's the work: a place with room to breathe, and something solid underneath.
